The RxOffice^® Premium portal provides a feature in which the Counselor can set-up reminders for Borrowers to send their trial modification payments in on time.

Once the above screen appears, the Counselor can start to set-up the reminders by selecting the Trial Mod Payment Reminder #1 from the Stage drop down menu and then enter the schedule start date and schedule end date as indicated below, so the message will be received by the Borrower. (The message is sent to the Borrower, before the number of configured days of schedule end date, which is currently configured at 7 days)

Once the scheduled information has been entered, then click the Save button. Now this task has been scheduled and would be seen listed under the tracking tab. As for Date Completed, the date will be auto-populated once the task has been completed.

The terms of your 90 day trial modification require you to make your mortgage payment: on or before the 1st of each month.

Reminder: mail your payment at least 7 days prior to the due date!
