The RxOffice^® Premium portal provides a feature in which the Counselor can set-up reminders for Borrowers to send their trial modification payments in on time.

For the third payment reminder, the Counselor will need to manually configure a new scheduled task by following the steps mentioned above, but select Trial Mod Payment Reminder #3 and the corresponding dates. Always making sure that the start date is the number of configured days prior to the end date.

Once the scheduled information has been entered, then click the Save button. Now this task has been scheduled and would be seen listed under the tracking tab. As for Date Completed, the date will be auto-populated once the task has been completed.

After each reminder has been configured and saved by the Counselor, then on the scheduled start date a message will be sent to the Borrower, which is similar to the one given below:

The terms of your 90 day trial modification require you to make your mortgage payment: on or before the 1st of each month.

Reminder: mail your payment at least 7 days prior to the due date!
