Escalation Tab

The Escalation tab can be found at the upper right hand corner of the dashboard (seen in the screen shot below), which contains the escalation contacts for each Servicer. If the Counselor does not receive any status updates about a specific case by the end of the 10-day review period, then the Counselor has the option to contact the Servicer escalation contact for more information. The list of contacts is always up to date as per Hope Loan Port's Servicer Escalation contact list.
