The RxOffice^® Premium portal provides a feature in which the Counselor can set-up reminders for Borrowers to send their trial modification payments in on time.

For the second payment reminder, the Counselor will need to manually configure a new scheduled task by following the steps mentioned above, but select Trial Mod Payment Reminder #2 and the corresponding dates. Always making sure that the start date is the number of configured days prior to the end date. As for Date Completed, the date will be auto-populated once the task has been completed.

Once the Trial Modification Payment Reminder #2 has been scheduled, then the 3rd and final payment reminder will need to be by the Counselor as well.

The terms of your 90 day trial modification require you to make your mortgage payment: on or before the 1st of each month.

Reminder: mail your payment at least 7 days prior to the due date!
