The Dashboard is an overview of the applications that you or your agency is currently working on. Also the Dashboard provides a quick glance of the entire portal having briefings of projects, resources & dates.

Service Level Agreement Generated AlertsThe Service Level Agreement or SLA provides a turn-around time for Servicers and Counselors to create, submit, review cases as well as to update the case status.

AnnouncementCounselors will be able to view announcements regarding internal news and/or updates from within their agencies.

Help TabThe Help Tab can be found next to the Admin tab on the dashboard and it is where the user can find the different User Manuals, which explains the features of RxOffice® in more detail.

Escalation TabThe Escalation tab can be found at the upper right hand corner of the dashboard (seen in the screen shot below), which contains the escalation contacts for each Servicer.

ReminderThe Reminder tab provides the Counselor the opportunity to create and save case reminders for either themselves or for another Counselor.

Event CalendarThe RxOffice® provides the Counselor the opportunity to schedule and save appointments to their Event Calendar, so Counselors will no longer need to access their Outlook calendar at any time for their appointments. However, when creating new appointments in their Outlook, counselors have the ability to link their Outlook calendar to their Event Calendar using iCalendar.

Case Search TabThis feature allows Counselors to search for a certain case. Also the Counselor has an option to search for the Borrower by the last four digits of their social security number.

New Case TabThe New Case Tab feature helps the Counselor to create a new case and select the specific type of service that the Borrower is requesting assistance in as seen below:

Tasks TabThe Tasks Tab allows the Counselor to search for or keep track of certain duties for a specific case that has been given as well as the level of each task.

Task Rule TemplateThe Task Rule Template feature provides users a list of current plans that have been created for a certain case. Once a case type has been picked from the new case drop down menu, that layout will be seen as the case is being worked on by the Counselor.

User Designation Set-upThe User Designation Set-up feature provides users a way to create their own duties or projects for a certain case as well as another way to manage these duties.

Manage Designated Task RuleManage Designated Task Rule provides the user with an update about which counselor is working on what job and what the current status of that job is.

Quick SearchThe Quick Search feature found at the top of the dashboard is a quick way for the Counselor to search for a specific case using different search methods such as the Select Any Case drop down menu or the Case drop down menus.
