Quick Search

The Quick Search feature found at the top of the dashboard is a quick way for the Counselor to search for a specific case using different search methods such as the Select Any Case drop down menu or the Case drop down menus.

If a case has already been created, the Counselor will need to click on the down arrow of the Select Any Case drop down menu and if the case is listed, the User just clicks on the case and the case opens.
If the case is not listed, then the Counselor will be able to use the Case drop down menu search features and then when the Go button is clicked, either the case opens or the Counselor will be taken to the Case Search result screen for additional searching.
