Detailed Case Information Report

 
Introduction

The RxOffice® CMS Premium portal offers a Report, which provides counselors a list of specific information about their cases.

Role Privilege

For counselors to access this feature, users must have the Detailed Case Information Report role and corresponding privileges assigned to them as seen below, which is found under the Reports Role on the Manage Roles feature of the Admin Tab :

 

Once counselor has the Detailed Case Information Report privilege, user would see the report provided under the Executive Summary Reports.

Executive Summary Reports

To access this report , counselor will need to click on Executive Summary Reports under Reports Tab as seen below:

 
 

Once the Executive Summary Reports is selected, the following screen opens:

 
 

Counselor clicks on Report Menu Icon indicated above with the red arrow, to see the below menu:

 
 

Counselor clicks on Detailed Case Information Report from under the Detailed Report menu for the below screen to open:

 

Once the screen opens, counselor enters or selects the required (*) information such as the date range, which indicates when the cases were created in the system and select from the report columns list to find out the specific data from the case that needs to be pulled for the report, and then scrolls down to click on the Show Report button to see the results.

Note: For the report to be exported, Mozilla Firefox needs to be used.

If at any time user needs to select more than one from the menus prior to generating the report, counselor needs to hold the control key (CTRL) on the keyboard and then select the different criteria from the scroll down menus or select only one item or ‘All’ from the drop-down menus. Once the criteria have been selected, click Show Report button to generate the detailed case information report.

Also user has the option to save the newly generated report for future reference, by clicking on the Save Report button located at the bottom right hand of the box, which will be saved under My Reports.

Based on the search criteria, the results are provided below, which shows counselor a list of specific data pertaining to all the cases that have been created and saved between the selected date range:

 
 

From: This shows the selected from date

To: This shows the selected to date

Case Type: All Case Types selected

Servicer: All Servicers selected

Assigned Agent: All Agents selected

Case Status: All Case Statuses selected

Total Records: Shows the total number of cases listed based on search criteria

Case ID: Case number

Case Type: Type of case or counseling

Borrower Full Name: This column shows the Borrower’s First Name

Borrower SSN: The last four digits of client’s SSN

Borrower Full Mailing Address: The full mailing address of borrower

Borrower Gender: Gender of client

Borrower Race: Race of client

AMI: Category of Median Income

Funding Source: Guarantor of case

 

***Before exporting the report or saving the report to the computer, if counselor encounters a number on a separate row, just increase the size of the column and then the data will be in one line.***
